How to open command prompt in windows 10?

Command prompt in Windows operating system can be launched with regular rights or with the rights of computer administrator. Some settings in Windows 10 and earlier versions can be changed only with confirmed administrator rights. Like any executable process, command prompt is a set of files that have a shortcut. It can be easily found in Windows folder, and it is very easy to run command line directly through it. To do this, go to the following address: System Disk-> Windows-> System32-> cmd.exe.
