How to open command prompt in windows 10?
Command prompt in Windows operating system can be launched with regular rights or with the rights of computer administrator. Some settings in Windows 10 and earlier versions can be changed only with confirmed administrator rights. Not all ways of launching command prompt will allow you to access it identifying yourself as a computer administrator, and we will separately show this in the instructions below.

Like any executable process, command prompt is a set of files that have a shortcut. It can be easily found in Windows folder, and it is very easy to run command line directly through it. To do this, go to the following address: System Disk-> Windows-> System32-> cmd.exe.

Command prompt without administrator’s rights through the “run” line
Using Run line is the only method that doesn’t allow you to launch command prompt as a computer administrator.
